Well, let's see. There's the upper balcony of the Mayor's office - or, if you know a pegasus, they should be able to take you up to the catwalk on the roof. The loft in the barn at Sweet Apple Acres might be a good place too.

[She sees that look, but she's not about to bring it up - not publicly, at least.]

Well, not necessarily, but it's a bit more reliable than the balloon method. [She sees that conversation with Pinkie, and she wouldn't recommend that method to anypony who isn't Pinkie.]

Yeah...that way just sounds...like it wouldn't really work very well.

It's a bit of an art, really. Pinkie is the only pony I know who's managed to master it.

Have you asked either of the Princesses? I'm certain they'd be happy to help you out.

You just tie 'em around your waist, and then you go up! I mean, you have to wait for them to deflate then unless you brought a pea shooter, but that's half the fun, don't you think?

They can be, with all the colours.

That would be a cloud. Normally only a pegasus can walk on a cloud, but spells to give another pony's hooves purchase on one are easy to cast.

Not quite. It is not a matter of weight, but a matter of how clouds react. A pegasus, as you might find from time spent in Ponyville, weighs just as much as another pony, but walking on clouds is one of their gifts.

So the clouds notice the difference?

The easiest way to describe it is to say that clouds are solid to pegasi in a way they are not solid to anypony else, at least not normally.

If you're not afraid to climb or have some spirits to help you, the barn out at the apple farm is probably the highest place for someone without wings to reach.

The library is build into tree, but I don't know how easy it is to climb up higher.

It would be a lot easier if I had hands. I'd be up that tree in no time.

Many things in Ponyville would be easier with hands. [Faint snort] You have a horn, though. I'm sure there's some kind of magic for unicorns that'd fix that.

Like make me float or fly or something? I don't think my magic's that good.

One of the resident unicorns might know a spell you can try.
