This may seem a bit odd.... but I have a question for those who are in this strange place.

There was...an incident... before I woke up here, and I seem to have this head pain that will not go away. I know this is not the best thing to have occur.

Is there anyone at least a bit medically trained that I can speak with?

And, which of these things is a potion? [Can you tell she's not from around here yet?] Besides, why would I drink something that I do not know the contents of. The easiest way to get one killed.

Ah, a headache that is not subsiding, and it is slightly worrisome. I believe there was some sort of explosion where I was before I was here. [That last sentence sounds confused, as if she's not exactly sure what she's explaining.]

Are you experiencing any irregularities of vision, or nausea? I suppose it's pointless to ask about sleepiness or loss of consciousness, under the circumstances.

Not really. This is mostly the headache. I do know I was knocked out briefly when the explosion took out power to the elevator.

I have not yet. I just realized the use of said potion. I do not normally trust strange liquid provided by strange creatures. But, I may be making an exception.

Potions and magic for healing are commonly used for injuries sustained in the field; I don't believe that anyone I have encountered here as yet is trained in the type of healing that deals with illnesses and medicines.

If you are looking for something more comparable to what you're used to at home, you might inquire of a moogle about importing items. They are quite capable at getting materials from various locales.

I believe you on the potions, now. But, the magic I am a bit confused about. Mainly, it does not exist where I am from, except in fairy tales and children's books.

The moogles though, I will look into. I believe having what I am used to from home may help, at least for a little while.

Mmm, well, I can tell you that I use it, though obviously you will have to see for yourself and make your own conclusions. If you wish to see some magic when you are feeling better, I could demonstrate for you. I can imagine that it's strange to have people speaking of it casually if it's wholly fictional where you come from.
