I would have thought the opposite, personally. Kinda hard to draw a line when things are grey.

Lines are boring. Nothing is ever linear; time certainly isn't, why should anything else be? Better to take apart the lines and make something else entirely.

Project I was in was pretty linear, but I guess I'll have to try that.
