[North is out and about in Traverse Town today. As much as his armour's like a second skin to him, it isn't exactly the most comfortable when he's sitting around in his hotel room relaxing, and he's spent a good deal of time in the undersuit that he needs a break from it.

But it doesn't look like there's any sort of clothing stores available, and North's been over most of Traverse Town by now.

So that means talking to a moogle, and while North's sort of getting used to them, they're still pretty weird. He'd take an Elite any day.

One will find North talking to/bargaining with a moogle. He's already managed a set of pajamas (purple pants with little moons on them and a grey t-shirt), but is having trouble getting some day to day clothes.]

You sure you don't have any sweat pants? I mean, the zippers are cool, but what's with all the belts?

If you're that worried about it, just cut the belts off. It's not like any of them are actually keeping the pants up.

[Seriously, is it really that big of a deal? He shrugs, then goes looking for clothes of his own, picking out a few shirts and pairs of pants that will all be wearable once divested of excess belts.]

[And then he sees that there actually are pajama pants with with a kitten pattern.]

[He picks them up and casually adds them to his pile. Nothing to see here. Nope.]

[York has managed to hunt down a few shirts and pants for himself; really guys, the belts aren't that bad on some of them and hey, the'll look like natives. He lights up when he sees something in the pajama pants pile, and holds up a pair of black pajama pants covered in red kisses and hearts for the others to see.]

These are great; I'm going with this.

[He just doesn't see the point of belts as decoration. It just seems uncomfortable to him. North just laughs.]

Well, it's comforting to know one of us has taste.

[Wash glances over at North-] Yeah, and it's you. [-And back at York.] You are officially not allowed to make fun of me for anything. At all. Ever again.

[Delta blinks into sight next to York.]

Agent Washington, I regret to inform you that I do not have enough processing capacity to consistently remind York of his agreement with you. I will selectively enforce it to the best of my ability.

[And North will just be over here laughing as he finishes picking out his clothes.]

[He eyes the pants and just shrugs.]

Bet it takes you longer to get into those than it does to put on your armor.

[York pushes aside a shirt that says "SHISNO," seriously some of these shirts are pretty weird. Well, it looks like he's found the stuff that will fit and not look completely terrible.]

I'm used to putting on the armor; I'll get used to the crazy pants.

[He's looking forward to that particular show. Of course, that's not going to stop him from putting a few pairs of belt-infested pants in his pile, because he figures he'll need some eventually.]

That's because it's been a while since we've, or at least I've, been able to care about pants.
