I figure I owe you guys since I got helped last time.

[A little while later, the video's on and there's a variety of holograms appearing. Some fireworks, a few dream eaters, a moogle. All a familiar red and blue colour. Theta's trying his best to cheer people up.]

[His name is Caboose. But Thunderaffes aren't that dangerous...]

[Melody may have just come over to see what's going on. She's torn between giggling at her person's antics and scolding Puddles for pushing him.]

Suddenly Trouble's eating shirts seems like the better option.

[There's a thump and an oof, followed by some frantic slapping noises.]

[There's a huge gasping breath, followed by Puddles prancing past the camera and a rather bedraggled Wash dragging himself back onto the bed. Evidently someone was sat upon.]

Much less physical assault.

Have you tried training him at all? Trouble's sort of responding to me.

What kind of training do you do for a giraffe that thinks it's a dog?

Generally teach it a few commands. At least make sure it understands No, and Stay.

Don't eat that was also important. She kept going after Theta.

It understands No and Stay. It just doesn't like to listen. It scooted five feet over on its butt the last time I told it to stay.

I bet Theta loved that.

Are you sure you're disciplining him? Because that's a part of training to.

He's reluctant to come out whenever I have Trouble around.

[Okay, North has him there, and the sheepish look on his face is proof.]

I just kind of figured he'd be...smarter. I mean, Fang got this stuff down pretty quickly.

[He's trying really hard to hide a smile and not quite succeeding.] He doesn't even look like a treat.

You have to remember that each spirit is different. I thought the same thing to, but it seems we got lucky with our first spirits.

[North shrugs.]

Apparently his colours are appetizing or something.

I'm starting to think it's a species thing. The giraffes are just crazy.

[At that, Puddles pokes his head onscreen and noses at Wash. You're talking about him and he looooooves you. Wash pushes his nose away.]

No. Sit.

[There's a thump, and Wash raises his eyebrows a bit. Evidently Puddles does know 'sit.' He blinks, then pats the thunderaffe's head.]

Good boy.

[Puddles plops his head in Wash's lap - he's a good boy! - and Wash just looks back at North.]

Oh...kay.

See, already he's starting to listen to you. You just need to take a bit more lead.
