I don’t know how I ended up here again, but does anyone know what’s going on? The moogle said you guys had been trying to work out what was up but that it didn’t seem like anyone had figured out how to get home. Since this isn’t the exam, I don’t think anyone’s going to try to wake me up any time soon.

I had heard that much from Sora and Riku some time earlier. What they were less forthcoming on was the details about what had happened so far when he tried to accomplish that.

Uh, in order? Radiant Garden and a lot of the nearby worlds fell to darkness, Xehanort's heartless tried to get Kingdom Hearts and nearly succeeded, using the seven princesses of heart, Xehanort's Nobody tried to get Kingdom Hearts and nearly succeeded, and Xehanort messed with Riku and Sora's mark of mastery test and nearly made Sora into a vessel for himself.

Xehanort inducted me into his little potential-vessels-and-at-worst-Nobody-lackeys group. He told us all that getting Kingdom Hearts was the only way to get our hearts back and we fell in line like dutiful little pawns.

[Then he realizes the rest of this, and looks more concerned.] You lost your heart?

Yeah. Got it back now, but it took dying.

Yeah. I guess if a Nobody and a Heartless from the same person both die, they can come back, or something.
