[Well, maybe now was better than any time to learn how to use this. And maybe a better exposition of what was going on, why those figments created a blue dogcat, or anything else he could do of.]
So uh.. [The demon didn't look all that impressed, perhaps a little lost too.] These um, dream things.
[He pointed the watch towards the Dream Eater sitting docilely beside him.]
... They aren't hard to raise, are they?
[Because going by looks so far this was going to be a chore, in his opinion.]

Hey, it looks like we're getting a few new people in now. Nice to meet you; I'm York, and this is Delta. The dream eaters are pretty great pets, and helpful in battle.
[Delta speaks up.]
Two people who have a greater level of familiarity with dream eaters wrote a guide about dealing with them; I will include a link to that network post here. In addition, I will send along a map that York and I have made that indicates areas of heavy nightmare activity. Please be aware that nightmares may attack outside these points, but the marked areas indicate large groups.
[This link appears on Emi's screen and an attachment with a marked map shows up as well.]

Well, I'm not scared of any nightmares, if that's what you're worried about. But I will hang on to these.
Are they people who have been here for a long time then? [Probably a bit concerned.]
So what's your name?
[Kinda didn't seem that long just thinking about it, but then again...]
Oh yeah, it's Death Emizel.

The spirits appear to be quite easygoing; so long as you pay them some attention and feed them, they're quite loyal.
Welcome to the town; my name is Ienzo.

[Getting a derpy head tilt from the Meow Wow.] ... If you say so.
I'm Death Emizel.

[Even's expression conveys grudging lack-of-distate.]

... But a lot cooperative than the monster types back home, I guess.

[Bolin's only been here a day but he's already talking like an expert. Also he may be sitting and scratching the head of his own dog-cat thing, Ping.]
Have you named your's yet?

W - I apologize. 'Twas tradition, once, to use the royal "we".

[Royalty usually wanted to stand out, right?]

Nice to meet you. Oh, this is Batty and Spot.
[They are very happy to meet Emizel, too! Does his Meow Wow want to play?]
no subject
Ah he doesn't--quite have a name yet.

And no, Emizel hasn't bother checking if his Dream Eater really is a boy or not](no subject)

[Her bat chitters something like agreement over her shoulder; her Pricklemane is currently out of sight.]
That's good to know.
Mmm. It makes things easier as well.
