For a single person to have such paramount importance in your universe... Ms. Noble must be a most extraordinary woman. [Far more so than his limited interactions with her and what he's observed would suggest. From what he's gathered she is simply a woman of common means, quick temper, and sensible tastes - if masculine ones for her choice to wear trousers more often than not. There is little about her to suggest she is anything other than ordinary apart from her association with the Doctor.]

It is a most challenging situation, though, and you have my sympathies, Doctor. Do you know for certain that telling Ms. Noble of the circumstances surrounding these events would cause her to want to change them? Or is it simply they are unpalatable for discussion? [He'd certainly want to know what he was walking into if in her situation.]
