I do not follow, miss. Presumably magic allowing flight or the slowing of a fall without the aid of wings or other devices would have some impact on gravity whether specific to the individual or to the world around them. Unless you mean to indicate this magic impacts the mass, surface area, or other aspect of the individual to slow them?
