005 [Video]
[Being there when the portal opened up, Eraqus of course decided to walk through it and see what world they had discovered this time.]
[And it is a lot more colorful than the previous one. It seems like one of his Spirits is helping him hold up his communicator now, since facing it...]
[The Keyblade Master is now a gray earth pony with reddish hooves, a black, spiky mane and tail, and a gold Master emblem for a cutie mark. He's still got the facial hair and the scars, too. He looks less shocked about this than one might expect...mostly a little confused as to how quadrupeds are supposed to operate.]
Considering our previous conversation regarding your world, Celestia, I would say in hindsight this adds a certain degree of irony.

The portal did not require boarding the ship. I was surprised.
I think I'll return to Traverse Town shortly, and see about some extra sleep before I attempt too much exploration here. There seems to be a lot to see in this kingdom, and no obvious borders as Twilight Town or Traverse Town.

[He sighs...a good night's sleep, so to speak, would be nice to have.] That's probably wise. I'm not sure if there's areas we won't have access to yet, but that is where exploration would be necessary.

That has been the pattern so far. My sleep wasn't too badly disrupted this time around, but I'd rather be fully awake and aware while looking around. And learning the extent of this new form.
[ Regardless of horn and magic, not having hands is very weird. ]

I would hope we could get to the bottom of the problem in this world without having to be subject to such nightmares before then. But that remains to be seen.
[He'd have to agree on that one; he's at least used to still having hands in different worlds...]

[ Hnn. Now she's said it, perhaps that's something they should plan for... Her head shook, forelock bouncing. ]
So far, we haven't been that lucky. We'll just have to do out best. It certainly appears far more pleasant than the last one.

[It would be good if they could plan for it, but it would depend on what exactly they were preparing for...]
It does appear that way... [But at the same time, appearances can be deceiving.]

[ It's not much, but it would be something. More than they had right now, anyway. ]
We'll just have to wait and see, I suppose. I haven't encountered any nightmares yet myself, but that's merely a matter of time.
[Someone waiting for them to get used to pony forms? ...nah.]

I've yet to see any as well. It's possible they're more on the outskirts of town, as I've been traveling further inward, but I did only just arrive.

Given how close the bridge is to the town proper, it IS possible Ponyville acts much like a sanctuary of sorts. Hmm. Well, we'll see soon enough.

It would certainly be welcome to have a large area of respite. But indeed, we'll find out for ourselves soon.
