I guess now's as good a time as any to say this.

Carolina and I were talking about trying to catch that invisible attacker on the Mother of Invention. I was thinking we could lead it into a trap, and then slow it down with whatever we can. I know there's some training paint pellets with hardening paint that we can use to freeze it in place.

If this transmission is anything to go by, we're going to need to act fast.

Yeah. If I was more certain about the life support systems, we could be more accommodating, even if this isn't exactly a picnic. I should have checked to see if we had extra space suits or something.

We still don't really know what we're up against, so anything we can throw at it works.

But it is a high risk mission. The life support systems are on the fritz and could very likely go out during the fight. So unless you have a way of making sure you can protect yourself, I can't say I'd recommend it.

[While North's been here long enough to learn not to underestimate magic kids, he's still reluctant to involve civilians.]

It's mostly just in case the life support systems go out. They're not in very good shape right now.

Thanks for the offer though, I think Lin was going to try and work on something as well.

I've got a plan that will hopefully do something. We need to make it come to us basically.

I don't believe we've met yet, but I'm wondering if you could use my help. I have empathic abilities. I was hoping to be able to accompany one of you to the ship to see if I could sense the invisible creature's emotions. It may give you some insight into why it's attacking.
