[It was late. Although Emizel's sleep schedule was already unusual, Moxie could go on with even less. Because of that, there was plenty of times where the Meow Wow was awake in the room with an unconscious demon present. These nights were generally very boring until Emizel woke up again. Patience was generally key, although sometimes Moxie had little of that.]

[Almost any time Emizel moved it would alert the Spirit and he would go curiously take a look, usually nothing would happen though and Moxie would go back to lying down. It just happened that this one particular time when Emizel rolled over, Moxie got up too fast and bumped into the nightstand. Didn't seem to have really hurt him, but when he went to go check on Emizel again something clicked underneath a paw.]

[The Meow Wow lifted an ear and looked down and whined questioningly at the device. He seemed so unsure at whatever he just did exactly although... probably should take a foot off of it just to be safe.]

[Most nights, Roxas is able to sleep. There are a few nights, however, when he has nightmares and can't get back to sleep. This is one of them.]

Emizel?

[Oh, now the device beeped and flashed! Unfortunately the Meow Wow can't read, but it still really intrigued him now. Was it trying to talk? Was it going to be a new playmate? Moxie tried pawing it lightly to see if the device would do anything else... Although if it was trying to communicate, maybe he should reply back? Oh right, wasn't there still someone sleeping?]

Ugh.. what is it? [Emizel stirred to the sound of barking. There had better been a good reason what the noise was for. Although as soon as the demon could see clearly... needless to say, the sight of his Spirit playing with the communicator was not something he needed.]

-Ah! Stop that!

[Emizel nearly fell out of the bed when he reached to get the device off the floor.... Oh great, someone replied too. Well, could've been someone worse. Still awkward though.]

... Sorry about that.

[Roxas isn't really sure how to respond to the barking. Should he try and wake Emizel up? Or get his attention? Granted the barking was probably doing a good job of that already.]

It's alright. I was awake anyway.

I guess with the constant nightmares, that must be common for a lot, huh.

[Didn't really think of that.]

Yeah, probably.

It hasn't been as bad though. Till tonight.

I didn't think they started again already..

I don't think so. There wasn't a keyhole.

I think it would just a regular one.

[Ooooo it was talking! Moxie whined once and then kept barking. Probably something along the lines of 'Hiiiii, hi hi can you play? I wanna play 8D']

[Suddenly the communicator was lifted and was muttering in the background.]

... on. It's not a toy either.

[Liz has no idea what that is on the other line but it's making adorable noises and she's entirely too amused by this.] Hi there! Hi~

[Ah, there's the person. Liz chuckles.] Sorry about that. Just keeping your friend company.

[Eyebrow raise] In the middle of the night?

.... Well, I'm really not sure how he got it to turn on, but..

Hey, he called me. Not like I was asleep anyway.

Animals just have a way of accidentally turning things on.
