[Bolin is sitting with Ping in his lap. He looks thoughtful but also excited about something.]

So, you know, some of us have been here a pretty long time and it's occurred to me recently that in that time we haven't really had any fun. I mean, sure, the Struggle Tournament was a blast and we've done some fun stuff in small groups, but, I guess what I'm saying is that we should have some kind of party. I mean, look at all the new people that have come here since then and we haven't had any kind of party to celebrate that...and I bet some of us have had birthdays since getting here.

[Pause.]

Although do dream birthdays count?

[He thinks on that for a moment then just shrugs.]

Right...so I'm thinking we all meet in Twilight Town and set up an outdoor party later this week. We'll need food and music and maybe some games or something. And, those of you who have businesses can even get some advertisements going. It'll be great, almost like the street festivals we used to have in Republic City.

To start. Assuming the moogles aren't going to charge a fee for renting spaces. And who'll be responsible for clean up afterwards?

[ She's done the festival rodeo before, after all. ]

Well if we all pitch in it shouldn't be a problem.

Do you really think the moogles will charge? I mean, it's not like we don't use some of these places every day on a regular basis just passing through.

[ Arms remain folded. ]

They may charge for any booths they provide, or supplies. However, it's possible they won't charge if they run some stands themselves. They'd certainly be making enough profit from us either way in the long run.

[buymedumplings]

[Bolin nods. The moogles seem reasonable, though he might be the only one to think so. After a moment he give Lin an unsure look.]

Chief...uh...I'm having trouble telling if you are for this idea or against it.

[lessabrasive]

[ Her eyes don't roll, but her shoulders do, setting back as arms fold across her armor. ]

I'm not against it.

[ Just don't expect her to be leaping for joy, okay. bad back you know ]

[buymedumplings]

[pause.]

[lessabrasive]

[ There's a chuckle. ]

It's going to be a lot of hard work. You sure you're up to the task?

[buymedumplings]

Hey! I can work hard. Don't let my good looks fool you into thinking that's all I'm good for.

[lessabrasive]

[dryly] Your modesty becomes you, Bolin.

[He's going to ignore that first part cause he can't be sure if that's a compliment or a snide remark.]
