I have no problems taking down doors, but I do not know how these 'life support' systems work on the ship. [breaking something integral to that would be..bad.]
I have yet to hear back from anyone who may have found such doors. York and Tony weren't able to get much of anything from these systems [which were far beyond the wires and radios of her world] so if there's a means to do so, controlling it from here will not be possible.
