I'm only familiar with the sandlot thus far, but there doesn't appear to be anything here that matchs the descriptions of what appeared in Traverse Town.

The tunnels. Beneath streets.

[From what Wash can tell, they run under a good amount of the town. It's hard to figure out exactly where the surface and the tunnels correspond, though.]

They aren't exactly secret.

From what people who've been here before have been saying, the sleeping worlds correspond pretty closely to their waking counterparts. Someone built these tunnels like this. For some reason.

[There's a faintly irritated sigh.] Has there been a common location mentioned for where the photographs some people have were found?

Not that I know of. As far as I can tell, all of the photos have one thing in common: they're all pictures of Sora with someone. There aren't any without Sora, and there aren't any of Sora alone.

Perhaps there's a store here somewhere with equipment for developing photographs. They can't have materialized out of thin air. [except...they...probably did. but, logic! Concentrating on that'll keep her awake.]
