[Bolin is finally in Twilight Town and he's holding up a poster. It looks like he might have just torn it off one of the nearby walls.]

I know some of you have been here before, right?

So...what's Struggle? The poster doesn't say much about it but I'm guessing it's a...game?

How do you play? Is it hard? Do you need teams?

[He realizes he might have asked a few too many questions.]

Sorry, I guess I just miss probending a little TOO much.

It's a game where I'm from. Benders play it. Well, Earth, Water, and Fire benders. [He gestures with his hands as he talks and you can tell he's very passionate about this game.] See, you have three benders of each element on teams and they try to knock each other out of a ring using their elements. There's more rules than that, but that's the gist of the game. I was on a team with my brother and Korra, the Fire Ferrets.

[Xion notices that he leaves out an element.]

No Air benders allowed?

So you just knock each other out of the ring? That's it?

[Then again, she's not too strong on the whole "game" concept.]

Oh! No it's not that they aren't allowed it's just...Air Benders are very rare. Avatar Aang and now his son, Councilman Tenzin, have only just started to bring Air bending and their traditions back from near extinction.

[He didn't really want to get into the history of the genocide of the air nomads. But he had to mention a little bit of it.]

So there just aren't enough air benders to play on a team. Who knows, maybe in the future we can incorporate air benders into the game. Though I don't think Tenzin is a big fan of it.

[He frowns.]

Well, that's the jist of it but probending is a lot cooler than you're making it sound, Xion. It takes skill and there are rules to HOW you can knock someone out of the ring.

I see. It'd be nice if they can join some time.

[Even just that hint is enough explanation for the moment.]

Oh? So there's a lot of rules and techniques and things?

[That does make it sound more interesting, if only by providing more of a challenge.]

Yup. It takes a lot of training to actually get any good at the game. You have to learn how to work together and coordinate attacks to be effective.

[skysmirror]

I see.

[It makes sense, when she thinks of it. Part of the difficulty of partner missions had been coordination, so if she thinks of it in those terms...]

Are people on teams usually friends?

[buymedumplings]

It'd be hard to be on a team and not become friends. I mean...there are people that AREN'T I guess. We had a guy on our team before Korra that Mako didn't get along with. But, it goes to show you that being friends is important since he left the team and we got Korra to play instead.

[skysmirror]

[That gets a wistful smile.]

Sounds like me and my two best friends. We had to work with others, but it was best when we were working together.

[buymedumplings]

Sometimes a group just clicks, you know? That's what it's been like with us. I'm guessing that's how you and your friends are too?

I guess you could say that.

[They'd just accepted her so readily, it had been hard to not be friends.]
