[With all the strangeness that happened during the 4th wall shenanigans, Minnie hadn't been able to properly introduce herself to this community. That simply wouldn't do! So today, with her Meow Wow constantly bouncing behind her, as they tend to do, she holds up the device in her hands, hoping she's using it correctly. Technology was more of her husband's specialty.]

Greetings, one and all. I'd like to thank you for your very warm and generous hospitality, and to formally introduce myself to those I haven't met yet. I am Queen Minnie Mouse, ruler of the Disney Kingdom. It is a pleasure to meet all of you. I'm... still confused about a few things here, but many of you have been very kind to inform me about what's going on.

So I would like all of us to work together, and become very good friends! The bonds of friendship are the strongest thing in every world!

[She smiles brightly, able to put two and two together, thanks to an earlier conversation.]

So you must be Luna's sister! She's a lovely young lady. She said she was the ruler of the night... so I suppose that makes you ruler of the day?

[Celestia's smile is a mixture of sincere delight that somepony regards her sister well, and sincere amusement that anypony could call Luna a young lady... though she does act the part.]

Just so. She raises the moon each night, as I raise the sun each day, and she safeguards the dreams of Equestria as I safeguard its waking moments.

[Well, when you're an immortal ageless toon, everyone's young. Minnie looks quite intrigued by Celestia's explanation... and it does explain some of Luna's odder comments.]

That's amazing! I've never heard of anything like it. I almost feel lazy, not ruling over my people over the night.

[She giggles, clearly kidding.]

[Celestia laughs in turn, warm like sunlight.] It's too much for just one person. Besides, we are told that most worlds are not like Equestria. Day and night simply happen, as do the weather and the seasons, without needing a pony's guiding hoof.

[She nods...]

Yes, that's how things are in my world. But I'm not surprised... every world is so beautiful in their differences. If they were all the same, it would be very boring.

I hope you will have the chance to experience the other worlds, while you are here. Normally we would be able to travel to three others from Traverse Town -- Twilight Town, the Mother of Invention, and Ponyville. But the portal to those sleeping worlds has not been working, at the same time as all the new dreamers arrived...

Well, yes, that would be nice...

[But she hesitates.]

... It's just so odd that this is so common, even in dreams. It was supposed to be a rule that people shouldn't know other worlds exist.

An understandable rule. But whatever is responsible for us being here either did not know, or did not care.

We may, however, not remember this when we awaken.

[Another pause.]

Actually, we have a fairly good chance of remembering.

[She's knowing just a smidgen more than she's letting on, but she's simply trying to decide what's right to say.]

I would not be surprised, but at present...

My sister entered the dream world at a far earlier point in time than I did. And yet at no point did she ever seem to disappear in our world. That means that she must have left it almost immediately after she exited it, as if no time had passed in Equestria proper.

What we do not know is if she remembered nothing, or simply did not speak of it to me, knowing that I would eventually fall into dreams here in turn.

[Oh, dear. In that case, Minnie feels compelled to tell more of the truth, since it's affecting someone Celestia clearly cares about it.]

... I've known people who went to the Realm of Dreams, and returned with their memories intact. But... that situation and this one are entirely different. I can't say for certain... Oh, dear, this is all so confusing.

My sister is, I have no doubt, the most skilled and capable wielder of dream magics in this history of ponykind. If she does not remember, there is no telling. But as I said, she might very well have kept silent to preserve the circle.

It doesn't matter, though, does it? Even if we were to lose our memory of this place on awaking, it still would have happened, and left its marks.

[She sighs a bit, but nods in agreement.]

Yes, that's definitely true. We'd all still be friends, and nothing can ever erase those precious bonds. They always lead you back to one another.

In the meantime, I have been learning a great deal that will help me, should I ever need to deal with other worlds or people from them in the course of my rule. So I can hardly complain, secret or not.

That's true too! No matter the age or position, there's always more to learn.

There are countless things to learn here, from many different worlds. We may all be trapped in Traverse Town at the moment, but even a brief conversation with the people here is always enlightening!

In that case, please feel free to ask me anything about my world, and my companions. I love to share a good story now and then.

I'm curious if you had humans there. We had none where I come from, and at the same time, no other world has had ponies. [Not the talking, intelligent kind anyway.]

We have horses here, but they stand up straight like I do. One of my dearest friends is a horse named Horace Horsecollar... but we have no humans. They have to come to us, or we go to them.

[Of everything she's heard since coming to the realm of dreams, equines who stand permanently upright is one of the most profoundly and alarming and disturbing images she has come across.]

[But she betrays not a flicker of her inner thoughts, thanks to a millennium of practice.]

Come from and go to worlds where humans dwell, you mean. But they can do it, and no harm befalls?

[Well... Xehanot is as human as one gets, and he sure did harm.]

It all depends on the person, of course, but generally it's been much more good than harm. I myself was taught all the magic I know by a human named Yensid.

I mean the process of transit itself causes no harm. Naturally, the people who visit can bring weal or woe as they see fit...

We must also compare notes on magic, sometimes!
