[A video feed begins, showing a young man with silver hair who is in dire need of a haircut. Judging the from what’s visible of the background, he seems to be up in the tower in the fourth district.]

So, just how many people are stuck dreaming here? I haven’t had much of a look around, but this place seems bigger than I remember.

I haven’t seen any Heartless either, just Nightmares. Does anyone have more information about Dream Eaters in general?

[The barrage of questions seems to be over for a moment, before he remembers one last part.]

Oh, and has anyone seen someone named Sora around? If I fell asleep, he’s probably not far behind.

You know this place? Have you dreamed of it before?

Ah, Riku. I..suppose 'twould be unkind to say I am pleased to see thee back, so I shall simply wish thee a good evening.

Sora is doubtless somewhere about. He has written a guide about the Spirits... [And here Luna snaps out of her somewhat-depressed autopilot mode for a second.] ...but dost thou not know all that already?

[ Well here is a surprise - someone who's been here before, but who's appearance has changed somewhat from the last recordings on the network. Unlike Washington's armor change, the excess of silver hair and /older/ appearance in general has Lin intrigued. ]

There are five districts total available within the dream of Traverse Town. The portals to the other worlds are easy enough to locate. As you should be aware.

[ Her tone makes her sentance a question, even as a brow lifts. ]

Also we should... Talk, I guess. Stay where you are, I'll come there.

[It's somehow fitting that they would both wind up overlooking the city from the same vantage point. Convenient, too.

Doesn't make being the extra any more pleasant though.]

[The video feed shows Even staring at it with no small degree of horror.]

[Then it cuts off abruptly.]

Well, I've been here before while I was awake. I can't remember if I've dreamed about it or not, but probably at some point.

[The first thing that shows up is a Komory Bat, which swoops in Riku's direction and chirps confusedly at him before fluttering back down towards its owner.

The boy who climbs up not long afterwards, though, is as obvious as ever. If you went back and time and pulled out Riku's reflection from the mirror, he's what you'd get, although he's added a dark jacket to his clothes after the incident with Elsa. The replica is distinctly uncomfortable and trying not to show it - once he's up on the platform, he folds his arms, pretending to be nonchalant.

For all that he was the one who said they needed to talk, he doesn't really know what to say here.]

So... I guess people will stop thinking I'm you now, with you around.

[Awkwaaaaaard.]

Why would I know any of that? I've only been here an hour or so.

[It's disconcerting that whoever this is addressed him by name, but he holds off on mentioning it.]

Sora's been here that long? How is that even possible?

[The "Not Riku" is the first indication that this is going to be one weird conversation. The replica doesn't immediately come to mind, because- well, because it's been a while, mostly. Partly because it's not a thing Riku likes to think about.

Whoever it is can't be that much of a potential threat, though, so he plays it fairly cool while waiting. The Komory Bat that shows up gets a stare, which then turns back to Riku's identical Spirit, and back again. The figure who follows gets a look that is best left as "uncertain".]

I'm surprised you didn't correct them right off the bat.

[A heavy pause.]

Did you come to talk, or fight?

[Of course they both have bats. Of course that's a thing.

"Of course" is approximately constant in his internal monologue at the moment.

At the question, the replica affixes Riku with a familiar glare.]

[Also there's the fact that you beat him last time and you're older and presumably stronger now. He's inexperienced, not stupid.]

I've corrected everyone I've run into, but that doesn't mean it's going to stop happening.

[That "Not Riku" display name has proven pretty helpful, too.]

As far as I knew, it only had three. Then again, I didn't know Traverse Town was connected to any other worlds at all. Does it have to do with this being a dream?

[His resulting expression is complete shock, followed by a mix of contempt and annoyance. Mostly annoyance.]

Eating breakfast. [It is theoretically past noon, not that this means much when considering a)Traverse Town and b)Even's sleep cycle or lack thereof.] Go away!

[ ..Now this is new. Lin eyes the lad thoughtfully. ]

All the worlds that have appeared so far are only linked by portals. If you've been elsewhere in your own universe, it isn't guaranteed you can get there now.

You said you've not been in the dream realm before, is that right?

...No, I've never been here before. I mean, I've been to Traverse Town, but not this part. And I don't remember having any dreams like this before either.

Usually our talks end in fighting.

[Despite that, he doesn't look particularly guarded. (Riku absently wonders if he really used to be that short)]

Maybe you should announce it publicly. The "Not Riku" might be too subtle.

[That's definitely sarcasm, but light-hearted.]

You were here for some time, along with the very first of us. Perhaps from another point in time...you said nothing of it then, but perhaps you simply wished to maintain the integrity of the timestream?

I guess so, since it sounds like that's different from regular dreaming. There really is a realm for everything, huh.

What worlds can you get to from Traverse Town?

[Riku barely keeps himself from using the word "dead", for reasons of vague discomfort.]

Maybe... Although unless I learn to time-travel in the future, I don't see how that's possible either.

[If the answer is "younger with a terrible attitude", he could at least pinpoint the when.]

[Oh god, Riku is trying to joke with him. He has no idea what to do with that, so... pretend it didn't happen. That's definitely something he can do.
