I'll get straight to the point. There are plenty of us with dangerous abilities, and these nightmares are not helping with our control. I propose that everyone who considers themselves a potential danger to others come forward now, and that we all partner up to prevent each other from doing something stupid and regrettable after waking up from one of these things. I don't think isolation will work as a long-term solution - it breeds paranoia and despair, among other things.

If you don't want to, that's fine too - but if you don't and you end up hurting someone, it's on your head.

I'm going to go ahead and make myself the first name on the list.

[He wouldn't feel much guilt about accidentally murdering someone that was silly enough to mess with him while he was asleep. Then again, other people wouldn't take him stabbing the other residents very well. Hrm.]

Guessing this is for anyone and not just people with superpowers. What do you suggest?

[Maniac wouldn't be far off from the truth. He just happens to be a government-owned maniac... more or less.]

Usually only go on rampages when I'm already awake. [... Was that supposed to be a joke, Point Man?] Wouldn't be opposed to sleeping in shifts with someone else. I'm pretty quick, so if anyone wakes up and tries to kill the nearest person.
