I'll get straight to the point. There are plenty of us with dangerous abilities, and these nightmares are not helping with our control. I propose that everyone who considers themselves a potential danger to others come forward now, and that we all partner up to prevent each other from doing something stupid and regrettable after waking up from one of these things. I don't think isolation will work as a long-term solution - it breeds paranoia and despair, among other things.
If you don't want to, that's fine too - but if you don't and you end up hurting someone, it's on your head.
I'm going to go ahead and make myself the first name on the list.

perma-audio;
Guessing this is for anyone and not just people with superpowers. What do you suggest?

[Definitely getting Dario vibes from you, man. Just sayin', you have that maniac look.]

Usually only go on rampages when I'm already awake. [... Was that supposed to be a joke, Point Man?] Wouldn't be opposed to sleeping in shifts with someone else. I'm pretty quick, so if anyone wakes up and tries to kill the nearest person.

A rampage in the right circumstances can be a welcome sight, so long as it's aimed in the right direction. I've gone on a few myself, in recent memory. Anyway, odds are good the present round of nightmares will end soon - but empirical evidence suggests there'll be another set, and they may be even worse.
