Weapon lockers on the Mother of Invention are a good bet, or the weapon shop in Twilight Town. Moogles could probably let you in if it's closed. You been to the other worlds yet? [They weren't exactly hard to get to, but it could be weird if you wren't used to it.]

Failing that, shouldn't be too hard to make, if all you need's something blunt and heavy.
